This was my first time there. The salon was highly recommended by my friends that had had Kaity do services for them. I went in for some pink high lights or streaks. She did a fabulous job on the high lights/lightening for color. She was very meticulous in getting the high lights to look natural and not overbearing. Even though the ones at the very bottom, at my neck, where she started look a little burnt. As for the pink – I think she went a little too easy on, I guess because I had never had colors in my hair and maybe my age. I was looking for PINK, that could be seen. When I tell people I got some pink put in my hair – they ask, where. So I’m a little disappointed in the color, you pretty much can’t see it. She cut my hair also, and the cut is great. Just the right length and just enough layering to make it look good. All in all, she did a great job.

Belle is AMAZING! I made a last minute appointment for at trim and it was my first time to the salon. I’d previously been told by a very experienced stylist that I wouldn’t look good with curtain bangs. I brought this up with Belle and she told me that there’s different styles of curtain bangs and that she could totally cut mine to look good and she exceeded expectations! She did so well and was so sweet and a great conversation. I’ll definitely be going back to her!

Attempted to set an appointment for and off site make up and hair. The appointment was set and I was told someone would call me that week (the week I called) to go over options and pricing. No one ever called me. I emailed that I was never contacted and no response. When I called in too express concern and issue the gentleman really did not seems to care. Was asked all the same questions of details already provided that should have been on the appointment. Advised him to go ahead and cancel. It was clear that if I went forward with this it would have been a disaster.

Critical: ValueThis is a high end place, super pricey and yet have colorists work on you that give you disappointing results. I’ve never been so disappointed with a hair color before in my life. I went to see a colorist here who was recommended by the front office on the phone. The color I received from her was not even close to what I asked. I asked for an ashy blonde (now I would’ve been ok with an ash brown as long as it was ashy) and I got a lighter (still dark) reddish brown instead…4.5 hrs later. The stylist messed up on her toners, no denying that. I’ve had my hair colored at a salon before asking for an ash tone and I’ve received an ash tone. So it’s not my hair, even though they repeatedly told me it was my hair, and not the stylist. My hair lightened but didn’t tone correctly, the stylist used three different toners too so clearly she wasn’t using the correct toner to get the results. So, I told them I hated it, I left the salon crying, I had just spent 4.5 hours away from my family on a day off, spent $150 looking basically the same as I did 4.5 hrs ago. They wanted to make it right and then suggested I see the SAME stylist to fix my hair (no charge of course because she made a mistake). I told them I don’t want to see the same stylist because I don’t trust her (understandably) and would like to see someone else to fix it free of charge. They denied that request, nor did they want to give a refund because of the time they spent and product they used. I had to remind them that it was also MY time which is worth something and the end result wasn’t worth it. The guy I talked to (Aaron) was apologetic and basically said his hands were tied and that I could only come back to the original stylist. This situation is one that could’ve been handled A LOT better by them. They could’ve just had the owner fix it free of charge or given me some sort of refund to keep a happy customer. They did neither. My wife practically had to drag me through the door to get a facial. They instantly greeted us and offered us a drink. This was my first facial but I was amazed by how relaxing the experience was! As a matter of fact, I fell asleep during the process. Afterwards, I could tell a huge difference in the appearance of my face. My skin had a healthy glow and I walked out of that place feeling younger. Men, I highly recommend.
