This was such an experience, I don’t know where to start. A group of 4 of us called in and asked if they had openings for all of us to get massages at the same time around 10:30 or 11am. They said yes. Then they called back at 10:01 and said we were late, so we reiterated the time we had discussed and agreed on 11am. We arrived around 10:40am because then we felt a bit rushed. But they weren’t ready for us anyways. The smell in the entry/lobby was bad–like old garbage. It was dark and dingy. The lady that was there called another lady and she got there quickly and ushered us into the rooms. My husband and I did a couples massage. And our two friends went separately. we all paid for a 60 minute massage. Ours lasted about 50 minutes with a couple interruptions-in and out of our masseuses. Our one friends last 34 minutes with several interruptions. And our other friend’s was longer but he had several large gaps of time where no one was attending to him. One lady begged me for tips on the way out. And the other lady who gave the short massage thankfully did not request tips. None of us left satisfied and we would not return.

DO NOT book here. This is a sham massage parlor and not a true massage spa. My boyfriend called to get me in and they told him they had time and to just come in. I did not trust it after reading reviews so booked the actual time online. When I walked in I told them I had an appointment and was told immediately no, they were busy. I then showed them the appointment. They called someone else and they wanted me to drive all the way over to Ruskin Cherry Blossom and they would give me a discount. The woman who greeted me was dressed very scandalously and a guy walked in behind me and was there for his “massage.”

I have had multiple deep tissue massages here. Pretty much every time I visit there are no interruptions. I’ve read in the past that the masseuse has left the room multiple times during but I’ve yet to experience this. It’s quiet and friendly. Language barrier is a little tough but most people should be able to communicate well enough. I did pay up front and that’s pretty much expected in their culture so it’s no big deal. I’ve always gotten in right away.

If you want relaxation, go to Hand and Stone and overpay for a 50 minute Swedish. Asian massage techniques a totally different ballgame. They’re more intense, therapeutic and rely on a larger understanding of anatomy to be effective.This place is great! Friendly staff, affordable and clean. Calm atmosphere. Asian massage techniques a totally different ballgame. They’re more intense, therapeutic and rely on a larger understanding of anatomy to be effective.

Positive: ProfessionalismUpdate 4/3/2022As I mentioned I would do below, I brought my lovely bride here to enjoy a couple’s massage (she deserves it). Afterwards, I asked her honest opinion and she said it was very wonderful and she felt relaxed and pain free. That’s what I expected. So Red Apple will be OUR goto place for single and couple’s massage therapy!Over did it one day and had back spasms and migraine headaches from neck muscle spasms. Decided to come here for some deep tissue work.The therapist asked often if the pressure was too much or not. It was perfect. I was offered water afterwards and felt much better. I was shown a nice couples massage room, so I will treat my bride to an hour with me soon. Scheduled a massage online only to show up and be told they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment scheduled (even after showing the confirmation email) and them insisting they had no availability. The lady at the entrance insisted I had the wrong location regardless of anything else I said or proof I showed.

Hubby and bro n law ‘treated’ themselves to a massage today, disappointed. They both agreed the masseuse walked out of each of their rooms 5 times other said 8 times. Phone rang once during massage and masseuse answered then walked out to take care of call. Both agreed to ✔️ Time as one states time was 35 min (pd for hour). Not sure was worth the ‘treat’ of $80. Language barrier made it most difficult to converse their concerns. While hubby was waiting for his room to open one of masseuse dances up then back down hallway. I’d chalk that up to lack of professionalism.
