I made the unfortunate mistake of using Box Dye on my hair which left me with hot roots. Scrambling to find an appointment, ReCreations Salon had plenty of availability to align with my schedule. Three days after making the appointment, I went in for a consultation. Megan was the stylist who helped me understand how to properly change hair color and how to take care of it. She touched up my roots (still had a tint of red that I wanted) and fixed the layers I attempted to cut in my hair.

I was very happy when I found this salon. I needed a different style and a beautiful hair color. When I got to recreation I explain to them what I needed and what experience I had with other salons. They took me in and gave me options and we went with it. I got my hair cut and colored and highlighted. My hair never looked so ALIVE. I felt like a knew person. All the workers in the salon were pleasant and fun and the owner was just an amazing person. Has a positive attitude and is always around helping.

Very disappointed with my balayage. I asked for an ash brown color but got a gray look. It looked nothing like the picture I showed them. I called the salon back and asked for an appointment to fix my hair but they were charging additional fees and the appointment they were giving me was a week away. My friend also got a balayage with me that same day. Her balayage turned out nothing like the picture she showed her stylist. I do not recommend getting a balayage at this hair salon.

I got my hair done recently with stylist Emily and I love the way it turned out! She dedicated her time and effort to my hair and the color came out amazing. If you are looking to dye your hair a fantasy hair color I would highly recommend EMILY! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair still almost a month later. Love her and will be returning.
