This was my first experience with cryotherapy. I liked it. The staff person was super nice. She put the settings on medium for the longest time, which is 3 minutes. I made it through with no problem. It’s interesting because I have severe arthritis and my left knee really absorbed the cold. It’s been almost an hour and I feel energized.
