We also facilitate twice a year wellness retreats, and other fun and insightful workshops. Recharge has become certified in Craniosacral Therapy as well and clients are loving the peaceful, relaxation, and anxiety relief. Recharge is Board Certified as well. Highly recommend if you want some knots gently worked out and not be completely sore the next day! I went for a deep tissue waiting to hold my breath because of the pain during and after but Jackie was slow and gentle working out all my problem areas. I wasn’t even sore the next day!!!
