What a hidden gem this is! Why is this the first real and productive recovery business in Fort Worth? The set up is so smart. Their Normatec boots are set up in a way where you can recline and tune out, or zip in for a little recovery while you have a team meeting or team bonding activity. The infrared sauna is big enough to fit three people (although, why would you want to), and their cold plunge is so clean! I highly recommend Reboot. This will not be my last time here.
