Greatest experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be more happy with how everything has gone with my visits. From the way you’re greeted to the end of your injections you’re treated with a completely professional staff. I was a bit nervous the first time but felt completely at ease when Rachel and Marian had a complete consult with side effects talked about to how it would feel after. Also receiving a follow up email with what to expect after was amazing. The special care Rachel took making sure everything looks realistic and natural was amazing. To look at me you wouldn’t know I had anything done, but the photos show a complete change. I use to get migraines almost everyday with my career field but I have seen a huge drop in getting them daily to almost just 2 a week. I couldn’t be more thrilled. I think if you’re looking to do injectables then Reblume is the perfect place to go. The office is so beautiful on the inside and a staff to complete it is just amazing.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Less than a year ago Rachel placed Artefill in several areas of my face. I was assured by Ariel, her assistant, that if I was unhappy with the placement it could be dissolved with an injection. Not true. Rachel placed Artefill under my eyes, which is not FDA approved, and not recommended by the facial plastic surgeons I have consulted with. The product collected itself into half moon shaped, very hard ridges, under each eye, causing me to look ten years older instead of younger. The tissue is irritated, red, and puffy. Rachel and Ariel were aware of my problem early on, but had no idea how to resolve it. At one appointment Rachel inserted a cannula under each eye and tried to break the masses up. The procedure was incredibly painful, totally ineffective, and left me with two black eyes for five weeks. After months of her cancelling my appointments due to her personal health problems, I discovered she had moved her business to the Salt Lake City area, leaving me abandoned in Boise. She stated that if I wanted help I would need to travel to her new clinic in Midvale. All expenses would be mine with the exception of an airline ticket she offered after a few heated discussions. I asked her for a refund of $5,000 which was half of the $10,000 she charged me so I could seek treatment locally, but she refused stating that I had signed papers at the first visit that removed her from any responsibility if the procedure went badly. Plastic Surgeons that I trust have told me I have two options: I can live with it or have the masses surgically removed, which is difficult, since under eye tissue is delicate and surgery could make a bad situation worse. I have sought the help of an attorney. The thing that is most alarming is Rachel’s inability to accept any responsibility for the mess she created on my face, and the border line belligerent attitude she has displayed in dealing with my problem. I guarantee that if it were her face she wouldn’t be happy. THINK TWICE BEFORE LETTING RACHEL PLACE ARTEFILL!

Rachel is a rockstar!!! Wow I have been a patient for a year now and lets say that I love it after my treatment my wrinkles are gone.. it’s like magic!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is great, office is clean and once again Rachel she is AMAZING!!!!!
