Rebel makes me feel like a queen every time I go: appointments start on time, complementary drinks include everything from lemon water to coffee to Grand Mariner, the hair-washing stations are extremely comfortable (who knew that was possible?), booking and shifting around appointments online is easy, the location in East Rock is convenient with ample parking, and—most importantly—Meredith always does an INCREDIBLE job with my pixie cut. She’s truly an artisan of short haircuts, and I’m sure other lengths and colors as well. Rebel is pricier than a place like Supercuts but I think worth it to feel like royalty every so often. Check it out!

Ashley is the only one ive trusted to get extensions by and Im so glad I did! She places them so I can wear my hair up or down easily without them showing and trimmed my hair so that everything blends perfectly! Its been since last may that I originally got them and I faithfully book with her every 8 weeks to adjust them. People still don’t believe its not my real hair and that makes me so happy as the main reason of getting them for to combat hair loss after covid. Even with my hair getting back to normal now I dont think ill ever want to get them removed. Love ashley and the atmosphere at rebel!!
