This is the only place I can go to and take my 3year old daughter. The staff is so polite and even waiting they treat you so well. The best spot in the queens. Really they are truly my weekly routine with my husband and kid. Thank you to the whole staff they are all great.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueYou can see for yourself that what you ask for is not what you always get. My nails already look like they need a fill in and are only hours old. I had Mina. The shape is always not how I wanted and look thick and bulky although I kept asking for them to be like the picture I just kept getting told she wasnt done. But after numerous requests and telling her I was dissatisfied she just wasn’t doing what I wanted. It shouldn’t be that hard to shape nails. She was also supposed to do my pedicure but then I was told I can’t I have another customer? Ok so am I not also a customer??? The pedicure ended up being done by Helen and was also equally dissatisfying. She was not friendly and definitely didn’t do everything a spa pedicure is supposed to include.You can see for yourself that what you ask for is not what you always get.
