They are incredibly rude and impatient. 0/10 experience. I didn’t even finish my hair I removed it when I had had enough. The lady who did my hair or attempted to us very disrespectful and impatient. Has no experience regarding interactions with customers. I suggest you send your money else where for the service you seek and deserve.

She told me to come at 2. I live 20 minutes away. I get there. I was bringing my 9 year old who was very excited to get her hair done. Ms. Rebecca rudely says, ‘you see all the ppl, you have to bring her back ‘. So rude and unprofessional no apology for wasting my time or anything. One of the stylists pulled out the hair on my edges while braiding to rough and tight. She didn’t notify me, and didn’t apologize. After my hair appointment, they took my braiding hair without my consent that was left over “pack of human hair” that I purchased. I have the right to leave with the hair I purchased after a appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Bad business practices throughout the entire service.

I am simply OBSESSED with my hair. I have been getting braids for years and I am never satisfied with them. I usually just do it because I know it is a good protective style for my hair. But these braids I have now!!! I love it! They did such a great job and they were so patient. It took a while to get done but it’s because Rebecca believes in quality hair over quantity of time. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for the knotless braids. My normal braided was booked and I needed to leave for vacation so I tried Rebecca. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR EDGES!!!! I contacted her after to let her know that my braids were tight and very red around the area and she blocked me. I informed her that the reason I paid extra for the knotless technique is to preserve my edges as what the technique is for, to protect the integrity and health of the hair and scalp . I have since taken the entire head out and my edges are completely ripped out. I can. I longer wears my hair back or up which is my normal style. I have to see the dermatologist to see about regrowth. She has blocked me so that I can not contact her. But now I will be taking her to court. I have all of our text messages and my before and after pictures so there isn’t any denying. My head is still sore after a week of these braids being out. AGAIN DO NOT!
