Rebecca’s interests in psychology, physical health, and the mind/body connection grew into a passion when they met at the intersection of Massage and Bodywork. She helps clients settle into their bodies and, together, can explore what it’s asking for to improve your quality of life. Rebecca takes a holistic approach to address pain and compensatory patterns and holds space for emotions that may come up around physical ailments. She is enthusiastic about integrating elements of the mind, body and soul in hopes of leaving you feeling more grounded and whole.
