First time in the beauty salon and it will not be my last. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They speak Spanish and English which is good. The woman that did my feet was gentle and helped me with my feet. If you need a beauty place, this is the place to be. They do hair, pedicure, manicure and waxing. They give great attention and the prices are not bad.

Maria did a good Job with my mani And the owner is very nice and welcoming. She takes out my moms ingrown toenails without making it hurt as much. Only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is because sometimes there is a wait time because it’s a small shop

the best, is hard to find this cain of salom this dates, really good prices, the attention, the attitude, is impecable, the job was really good, you feel in experts hands, i recomend 100%, they speack Spanish and English, i do my hair, nails and feet and i am very happy for shure i back in 2 weeks, love!

I went to do my nails and I sat down witj Yalexsy. He suggested the new gel nail process and after explaining the process to me and easing my concerns since I had mentioned I was allergic to the liquid. He then began to work on my nails, I was literally so amazed on how he was so detailed and how he was gentel. His customer service was incredible. I am so glad I decided to walk into Rebeca’s Salon and finally find a friendly staff and someone that from now will be my go to for nails. I drive a pretty long distance, but Yalexsy is sooooo worth the drive.

VERY Disappointing. I was hoping to get a more personalized customer service yet all I got was everyone just speaking Spanish, the lady that did my nails Gisselle didn’t crack a smile not once, she would say DALE and tap my hand or foot to instruct me if what to do. instead of “could you please do this or that” no easy listening music to appeal to the public. Gisselle put on her iTunes music Reggaetón which I dislike and they had no rapport with the customer. She didn’t wear any gloves when she did my pedicure. The owner Needs to address certain issues with the employees because they should be more inviting to customers. They act like They don’t care if you come back I’m sure the owner doesn’t appreciate that. Despite the fact that Rebecca’s has been there for 24 years, I felt like I was doing my nails and a salon in Havana Cuba. And I’m Hispanic! But I seek a calm and relaxed spa like experience when I go for my nails or hair. ALL OF THIS AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR AFTER MY INITIAL APPOINTMENT TIME.
