Real Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have been to this salon 3 times. Every time the owner, I believe her name is Susan, is very, very rude and disrespectful. No kindness shown to her customers. The last two times I went in I was greeted with “What do you need?” Both times I responded with “A pedicure please!” The owner doesn’t even look at me and just says “No time.” So incredibly rude, and not clean either. I have been to this salon 3 times. Every time the owner, I believe her name is Susan, is very, very rude and disrespectful. No kindness shown to her customers. The last two times I went in I was greeted with “What do you need?” Both times I responded with “A pedicure please!” The owner doesn’t even look at me and just says “No time.” So incredibly rude, and not clean either. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been here in the past, they was decent but 3 weeks ago I went for my nails & toes she did a poor job because she was in such a rush for no reason.. my nails fell off within two weeks, I went back again recently to see maybe it was just her having a day & she cut my finger 3 times, she was very rude! I have been here in the past, they was decent but 3 weeks ago I went for my nails & toes she did a poor job because she was in such a rush for no reason.. my nails fell off within two weeks, I went back again recently to see maybe it was just her having a day & she cut my finger 3 times, she was very rude! The lady Vivian was late to the appointment and then when we got in there her mood was just foul, my mother was in the chair first and while she was getting her nails done Vivian was aggressive with her hands like she had an attitude. After my mother proceeded to ask her if she had and attitude she told my mother that she would not be doing my nails since she had a problem with the way Vivian was treating her. For starters I would like to clearly state that my mother and I made an appointment here for 8 in the morning. The lady Vivian was late to the appointment and then when we got in there her mood was just foul, my mother was in the chair first and while she was getting her nails done Vivian was aggressive with her hands like she had an attitude. After my mother proceeded to ask her if she had and attitude she told my mother that she would not be doing my nails since she had a problem with the way Vivian was treating her. This place has horrible customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone, I will never go here again.
