Love the team at Real Cuts. My main guy is Jerry, who brings passion to his work and creates great fades. It’s right by my practice, Soundscape Audiology, and one of my patients recommended them a while back.

My 3 sons have been coming here for about 3+ years. Chris has always done a great job with their hair. All the Stylist/Barbers in this spot are polite and professional. We’ll continue to come back to Chris.

Real cuts has been my go to place for years! The owner really cares for the customers which is why Real Cuts has been around for years. The barbers are experienced and have earned a pretty loyal customer base. I wish them the best for years to come!

We’ve been coming to this barber shop for about 3months already and every time I would come with my son he wasn’t satisfied with how they left him….we wanted to give this place one more shot …My son ended up getting a haircut with Jerry the barber … My son LOVED his new style he gave him! I really appreciated how patient and how he hyped up my son about his new haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismSo, this is hard for me to write, since I feel for small businesses. However, given my experience, I had to make a review. I was initially brought here by my partner who receives his cut from “Al” who does an amazing job. I had my first cut a few weeks back from a women who is “Chris’ aunt” who did a good job. I decided to come back and I gave a different women an opportunity who I later discovered is “Chris” mom. This was a huge mistake. The lady was friendly and welcoming but the haircut seemed rushed. As she finished, I noticed a sharp edge on the side of my head, which I told her, hey, are you able to blend this line out since it’s a sharp edge. She looked at me and said, oh it’s because you wear hats! (I have never worn a hat my entire life!). She decided to “fix it” but it ended up basically the same. I felt bad having to constantly tell her, hey you left me a sharp edge. So I just said “ok”. I went and sat down next to my partner who automatically noticed the sharp edges! He said, what is that?’ I felt embarrassed and didn’t want to make a scene given I had already told her. He decided to wait, and tell his barber “Al” but was told to ask her directly, which he did. This whole time I just sat there feeling embarrassed for myself and the women. Once he told the women, she told him the same thing, that I wear “hats”. Which.. I told her, I didn’t. Fast forward, my partner was upset and ended up not getting his haircut either. We ended up leaving, and now I have to go to a different barber shop. I feel given they are all related, and the women who cut my hair is the owners ( Chris ) Mom, only added a layer of uncomfortableness in speaking up when a haircut wasn’t well. Customer service is important, and I feel the women (mom) could have just allowed “Al” fix my cut since she couldn’t do so even once I told of her of the sharp edges. She made excuses of me wearing hats.. which is far from truth. If you come here, I’d say trust “Al” and “chris”, the mom wasn’t the greatest in cutting and is there seems to be a need to rush customers in and out.Service: HaircutSo, this is hard for me to write, since I feel for small businesses. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been getting haircuts from Chris for about four years now. Saying that he’s the most professional and reliable barber in LA is an understatement. Aside from the welcoming environment, Chris and the rest of the barbers make anyone feel welcome to the shop. Whether you’ve been a customer for years or a first time client, Chris is always attentive. I’ve never gotten a cut from any of the other barbers but I know that Chris gives the best fades I’ve ever gotten. I’ve recommended this shop to friends and family and they all have the same things to say about Chris and the shop.Service: HaircutI’ve been getting haircuts from Chris for about four years now. OG spot. All the barbers at Real Cuts do amazing work, but if you want the best fade around, you gotta hit up my man Chris Real.
