Found this gem of a place searching for highest rated barbers in the CTX area. Been here since 2017 and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Gone here a few times and have never been disappointed with my haircuts. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. And she’s very patient with kids. Glad I found a barber for my son and I that does such an outstanding job. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Plus if you call and schedule, you can get some water street waffle co breakfast while you’re there!

Cassandra did a beautiful job on my hair!! She had a play list to die for!! I called in to make a appointment at the very last minute and I’m so grateful that she was able to squeeze me in!! Although I was very nervous with having someone new touching my natural hair, I’m proud to say that I will be returning!! She went above and beyond by asking what my normal stylist does. Cassandra is phenomenal! She took her time with a razor to thin and sculpt my fluffy head of hair and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I’ve changed hairstyles over the years just to keep it interesting, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted this time. I described the past fauxhawk, the undercut, then my most recent style of a #2 on the sides and my decision to comb everything on top over to one side. She said she’d just make it look good, and she did! I’m definitely going to be a returning customer.

Cassandra is great. We just moved here from San Diego, CA and on our first visit to Reagan’s, we arrived shortly before she closed, so I thought she would rush through the haircut, but Cassandra took the time needed to give me one of the best haircuts I’ve had. She even made time to be sociable with me and my wife while cutting my hair. Having straight Asian hair, I thought I would need to give a lot of detailed instructions on how I like it cut, but all I needed to tell Cassandra was to use a #2, bring it in close around the back and sides, and leave the front and top a little longer. Cassandra did it perfectly without further comments from me. She even rounded the curves between the top and sides just right. Other barbers don’t take the time to do this and it leaves a visible angle which I really don’t like. Also, it smells very pleasant in there and she finishes the haircut with a nice shoulder massage. I’m definitely going to be a regular there.

Loved this shop! Cassandra and Willie are both very friendly and have talent. I’ve been to many other Barbers shops in Belton and have been very disappointed and Willie went above and beyond with my sons hair. My husband also had a wonderful experience with Cassandra, she was able to give him the style he was looking for! This will be our new spot!

Found this spot on google after my guy got a horrible haircut at R&B barbershop second chair on the left and had to get it fix ASAP! The lady at Reagans hooked him up and made a few suggestions on how to simulate hair growth! She was an angel for fixing his hair.
