Critical: Quality, ValueI am not one to write reviews but I feel as though it is critical for me to write a review regarding my experience at this salon. I saw great reviews for the salon so I decided to call and make an appointment. I went in for a haircut with Sean, asking for only a trim, thinking “it’s difficult to really mess up a trim.” Well I was very wrong. After 2 days I washed my hair and realized that my hair was EXTREMELY uneven. I was disappointed with the fact that my hair was not only uneven but that I paid $60 for this horrible haircut. I went into the salon to show the manager and she stated that only the “front pieces” were uneven and that I could not receive a refund due to their policy; they could only fix my hair. Well Morgan fixed it and it still looks absolutely horrible. I will never come back to this salon! I am not one to write reviews but I feel as though it is critical for me to write a review regarding my experience at this salon. I saw great reviews for the salon so I decided to call and make an appointment. I went in for a haircut with Sean, asking for only a trim, thinking “it’s difficult to really mess up a trim.” Well I was very wrong. Lately she’s been helping me “embrace” my gray by blending my colors so I have aore natural look without the dreaded gray root line. As a result of her blending genius over previous visits, today I needed no color at all. She just provided me with a lovely deep conditioning treatment, nice trim, and beautiful style. I’ve been a client of Jessica Wade at Shine Hair Designs for years. Lately she’s been helping me “embrace” my gray by blending my colors so I have aore natural look without the dreaded gray root line. As a result of her blending genius over previous visits, today I needed no color at all. She just provided me with a lovely deep conditioning treatment, nice trim, and beautiful style. I said I am a wash and go kinda gal ! Why the F did he curl it ! I felt like he didn’t part my hair at all while cutting and gave bangs that i never asked for ! Really tempted to call and complain but i just wanted out of there ! I will not be going back! I hate my hair cut even got home and had to trim a section of hair due to he never checked sides . I felt this salon is less than professional and sean was way to into him self then the work he is doing!
