I had a great experience at Reach! It was my first time going to this location and I booked a very last minute appointment before Christmas since my usual spot had no availability. My nail tech was Lori and he did a great job. He suggested a new nail shape and it came out perfect. Even with how busy they were he did not rush at all. He took his time to make sure that I loved my nails and his work. I was so pleased I signed up for the membership and will definitely be returning to this location!

After having a not so good experience here a month ago, the owner reached out to me after seeing my initial review, and was very apologetic and wanted me to come back to try the nail salon again. I can honestly say after today, I will be back. Vicky did my pedicure, and she was amazing! She was very friendly, professional, and did a great job. She took her time, and was very sweet. I can’t thank her enough for a great experience, and thank the owner for actually caring about the customer’s experience.

The BEST pedicure!!! A lot of places rush through it but the past few times I’ve been here I can say they truly took their time. I got the blueberry spa pedicure. The massage was so relaxing and my feet looked great after. Will continue to come back!! Pedicure

I just got back from this nail place, I had high expectations as I read the previous reviews and it seemed like a great place and I was so excited. I went to get a powder dip but all around my nails was messy, the color went to my fingers, it dried out and it got hard I literally had to peeled, the color didn’t covered all my nail which is weird cause it cover part of my finger but not all nail? I don’t think I’m coming back which is really sad as I had high expectations.

I live in Salem MA, my daughter lives in New Bedford my first time at Reach Nails. I don’t normally get my nails done, because I worked in the Healthcare field, this was a surprise treat from my daughter’s boyfriend , it was our birthday week. My daughter birthday was on that day 11/20, we only did our nails, its our first time there. The atmosphere was welcoming. I love it, didn’t have to wait too long.
