Been here a couple of times, has always gone well.. but tonight I went in, was charged more for whatever reason but I didn’t mind since they have always done a good job… they finished my massage with out the stones (which were included with what I paid for) so I decided this time I wouldn’t leave a tip I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to the stones (which is why I took my husband with me tonight, and he didn’t get the stones either) we thanked them without complaining and walked out. They called us back in from the parking lot we went back in thinking we might’ve forgotten something. Then they asked where their tip was almost demanding it saying if we didn’t like it etc etc. I told them the massage was okay but this time I didn’t tip because I didn’t get what I paid for. The ladies were upset and saying who knows what in a different language and got mad. First of all a tip is given when quality service is provided, tonight wasn’t it. A tip should not be forced out of a customer. Sucks because I liked this place… unfortunately this will be my last visit.
