Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst let me say that my son is autistic and has sensory issues. Since he was a toddler he’s had severe difficulties with haircuts, especially using a trimmer or hair clipper and especially around his ears. My son wanted to try to do it at a professional shop instead of at home so I tried to find the best shop I could, and I did. Being that my son wanted to go, I was hoping we wouldn’t have had the meltdown we did. As soon as we got there he was terrified and was very nervous and was crying but Zeb, and the the other man there, were so encouraging and kind. He even buzzed his hair and let my son do it to show him it didn’t hurt.Zeb showed my son what he was doing multiple times to gain his trust. My son was completely against clippers at this point so he cut his hair with shears and did his best to trim around his ears. He didn’t get frustrated or push my son past his limits. It was a really great experience. We are going to slowly work up to the clippers and I think with multiple visits my son will continue to have trust with Zeb.Even on our way out he and the person he was working with were so nice and excited about his cut, even other customers who were waiting because my son took a longer than normal were encouraging him. First let me say that my son is autistic and has sensory issues. Since he was a toddler he’s had severe difficulties with haircuts, especially using a trimmer or hair clipper and especially around his ears. My son wanted to try to do it at a professional shop instead of at home so I tried to find the best shop I could, and I did. Another barber also helped me to find my appointment. Rod gave me an excellent haircut. He was not only a great barber he was also very nice, calm and friendly. I just had a great time in the store. He was not only a great barber he was also very nice, calm and friendly. I just had a great time in the store. I recommend anyone this store. The best.
