I’m saddened by leaving a negative review, but todayI’m breaking free from RDC Nails and Spa. I used to love Pink and White nails with gel top coats, but RDC Nails ruined that for me; 4 months I’ve invested in going there, all out of embarrassment to go to another salon. I received my first finger nail fungus that has not gone away. After exclusively getting my nails done by Diane (very nice, why I rated a 2) she just never demonstrated her ability as a professional nail technician. Each time I pointed out where she missed areas of filling in my nails, my nails have never been evenenly aligned and since the first visit and receiving the fungus I’ve had to guide her on how to attempt to hide the fungus that has appeared on most of my nails. 3 weeks ago I requested the entire gel service to repair my nails, before leaving I had to plead with Diane to make my nails look professionally done and not like I painted them myself. 1 day later several of my nails had lifted. At my earliest availability (1 week later) I received the silk wrap nails, which was my first time getting them, well those lasted 1.5 days before they started splitting and cracking. In refelection, I kept going back because I was too embarrassed to show the details of my hands, but I must have this fixed. I continued to go because I really thought my commitment would pay off and Diane’s years of experience would show in the final product. I’ve learned my lesson and will never again pay someone to harm me.
