People here are super friendly! I feel terrible about giving you only 4 stars and it’s my own fault really but I came late one night and got my hair colored. I showed my stylist what I wanted and she said she could do it. She made a few suggestions but I was smitten with the color and style I picked. Obviously, the stylist did not agree and did my hair the way she wanted without even telling me what she was doing. I mean, she did a great job but next time I would rather if she would just do what I wanted.. that’s what I paid for after all. Anyway, at the end, it was too late for her to fix it and honestly I was way too tired to care because it took so long, I just got off work, and I just wanted to go home. I faked liking it, for her sake, because she did do a good job and she seemed happy with herself but I was very upset that I did not get what I wanted. I definitely think this place is just a bit overpriced and underwhelming. For what it’s worth, the customer service is great and all the girls are super nice but I won’t be coming back.
