My review might be a little bit interesting and not like the others. I did not actually have a service done at the salon, but I went in search of Keune brand conditioner, since they were the closest salon that sold the brand. It is very difficult to find except online! When I went in, I was greeted immediately by more than one friendly face! I explained to them that I had a stylist but that I came in for a specific type of Keune conditioner. As it turned out, they had tons of conditioner by that brand, but not the one I was looking for, which was the “So Pur”moisturizing conditioner. I was a little disappointed, and they asked if I could use a different type, but I explained that I had an allergy and that this particular conditioner and shampoo did not cause that. They recommended a different type, but I was trying to see the ingredients to see if they were comparable to the other conditioner that did not cause breakouts on my head. The ingredient list was so small on the bottle, and none of us could read it, so an associate offered to call the company and find out what the ingredients were. She took my name and email and said that she would email me the list of ingredients. True to her word, I later received an email with not only the list of ingredients for the conditioner that I did not know about, but also for the conditioner that I was currently using so that I could compare ingredients. I could not believe that they would go above and beyond for someone who was not even a client! How rare and how wonderful! I love my stylist, but if something happens and I ever need another one I will certainly come here.

Always a great experience at Ross the Boss Oak Ridge!!! The staff is pleasant and accommodating. Elizabeth Heidle does a marvelous job. She has an amazing sense of style. Whether its a cut for my husband, new style and color for my older daughter or pageant hair for my younger daughter Elizabeth is our “go to” stylist. She also always knows what products to recommend. If you are looking for someone who knows her stuff…ask for her….you won’t be sorry!!!!!
