Aside from amazing customer service, she took her time to accommodate me, during my gel mani and pedi. My nails always last longer than usual when I go to her and they look beautiful. Took my granddaughters there for manicures. 16 and 12 both have had manicures at a different salon. The man who did the 16 year old kept forgetting to turn on the light for drying. He kept trying to fix mistakes ending up with lumps on a couple of nails. I did not stay I went in helped pick pollish waited for them to start. The 12 year olds manicurist used a different polish doing one coat and one coat of a sparkly polish. The sample she wanted had sparkles. I’m very disappointed and so are the girls Never going back there!

I have gone everywhere and this is the best nail salon in Rochester. They actually cut and clean your cuticles and take their time even though I get the dip and it takes forever, they are efficient yet not in a rush like most places I’ve gone to in Rochester. My nails always look great and last!! I will not go anywhere else again!!

Have been going here for quite a while. One gal who was really good, is no longer there. Last time, the tech kept hurting me. My feet are very sensitive & I had told her I was diabetic. Several times I told her she was hurting me, & she sort of ignored me. After she told me she needed to trim my toenail down the side to prevent ingrown nail, I said NO, I would have my podiatrist take care of it. She did not heed my words. I will not be going back because I never know who I will have. Daughter, hubby & me…..gone.
