Came here about a month or two ago. *I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important in some cases. The owner was very rude and unwelcoming. I made an appointment with her and when I showed up at my time she claimed that I had no appointment and that she tried to call to reschedule. After I said I never received any calls she claimed I probably put my number in wrong. (I checked later, I didn’t.) I should have just left then, but she insisted she had the availability, so I stayed. I had several pictures and explained exactly what I wanted, but immediately she started cutting way shorter than the length I requested and tried to reassure me by saying “it will grow back”. (Not what you want to hear from a professional hair stylist).

Went in with cared for bleached hair ready for a dark or light silver—preferably platinum, and came out looking like Ed Sheeran. No refunds either. She did however offer to fix my hair the following week, but I’m not going to do that to my scalp.

I haven’t had my hair cut in over a year and was hesitant finding a stylist since newly moving to the area. I was paired up with Mittal and have to say she is absolutely amazing :). Easy to talk to, friendly, and welcoming. She listens to what you want and somehow executes it even better than what you’d asked for. She’s also very informative every step of the way on what she has done and how it will look etc.. I will definitely be coming back ❤️

ZERO stars! Went last week – specific colors requested, had a picture with me. What I got was ALL wrong!!! I couldn’t really see what was done while there because of lighting, and was not shown the back at all. Bought some product, too. Spent over $400 that morning. Went to work – got home late, and the next morning, while brushing to blow dry, I noticed the colors. ALL WRONG. I tried to deal with it, but just couldn’t. Sent an email with the colors requested, and what I had – with pictures! Made an appointment to go back – and Rhonda still could not grasp what she was supposed to do. She admitted messing up ‘the top’, but kept telling me the rest was blonde! It was supposed to have low-lights throughout! I had no confidence, and just asked for my money back – not for the product, but for the coloring. Rhonda said ‘We don’t do that.” Oh, so they can screw up your hair and if they can’t do it right – just ‘too bad’? Nope! I’m writing to tell everyone, and shall continue to ‘share my experience with RC Hair Salon and Rhonda. Don’t go there for coloring!!!

My best friend went in today to see Ronda and nothing went right!! First of all, she was quoted $125 for an all over highlight and $50 for a haircut, but was charged $285. Ronda argued with her that she did an all over color so that price was brought up, but my friend scheduled the highlight and specifically asked for highlights. The lady had to tone her hair MULTIPLE times because her hair came out greenish-blue. Now her finished hair is brassy, her roots aren’t smudged at all, and she is super upset. After the lady tried to scam her out of $285, she finally brought it down to $230 which was still WAY over the originally quoted amount. I am not upset if more product was used or anything bringing the price up, we are upset because she ruined her hair and literally did not care or even bring up the price increase to her. Lastly, Ronda told my friend “maybe you should go back to your old stylist” as she was leaving which is extremely unprofessional and makes this salon look like a joke! Please please, DO NOT GO HERE AND SPECIFICALLY DO NOT GO TO RONDA.

Never did anything with my hair. It was naturally virgin black. Thought of getting a change and just look at the flawless beautiful hair color they did for me. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for perfect hair. Thank you guys! Surely coming back!!!!!!
