Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismJamie cancelled my appointment when I asked if she would wear a mask for the 2+ hours she would be working on my face. She refused despite that during aesthetic procedures it is a basic courtesy to wear a mask so that your customers don’t have to endure you breathing on them, smelling your breath, and spitting in their face when you talk. She ended the appointment and refused to refund my money.
