I get being new. They had 2 people working. I walked in with 2 people in pedi chairs and 1 getting acrylic. Younger lady asked what I needed and started to tell me they wouldn’t be able to do it but then a man walked in and she told me ok a few minutes. She finished nails and moved on to the other pedi. Man is still wandering around. I still wait thinking he’s going to set up a station. 2 more pedicures walk in and they are seated right away. It’s now been 40 minutes and everyone has been helped before me. I walked out and will not return. If you couldn’t do it you should have finished telling me that or been up front that it would be at least an hour.

Place was very clean and well laid out. I was greeted when I arrived. Had an appointment scheduled but no specific tech was assigned to me because it was my first visit at this nail salon. They did a wonderful job. I would’ve liked the massage to be a bit longer, but who doesn’t?? I may try another tech next time just to see the differences.
