Critical: QualityI have platinum blonde hair but my roots grew out a little so I was recommended to this salon so I figured I would give it a try. My stylist did say my roots were dark but she’ll get it as light as possible but my roots came out orange and my ends just more platinum so now I’m walking around with two different colors in my hair and have to find someone who can fix it. I did call back and let my stylist know I didn’t like it and she said maybe we can lighten a few pieces around your face but other than that I’ll have to pay full price again. I just don’t understand why not tell me hey I can’t do that so I could of just went somewhere else.
