As a potential customer you’d think the first time coming into a barber shop you’d be welcomed. I came in with a mask as requested by the sign on the door. Yet when I walked in, the owner glared at me like I was in the wrong place. I asked him a question which he answered but I felt uncomfortable so I decided not to ask for an appointment. As soon as I walked out the shop he rushed behind me and locked the door as if I were a threat he were trying to keep out. Definitely not a place I’d want to give my business to.

Haircut from Luis was mediocre at best and his prices are completely arbitrary instead of charging the posted price. The other gentlemen that work there seem to be of a higher caliber. I recommend seeing them instead. Overall the environment was good and most of the barbers seem to know know what they are doing. Appointments are highly recommended.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. They make everyone feel welcome & after 1 visit they all become your friends & it becomes your go-to place. They give a great shape up & even though it’s a barbershop they do have a female stylist on premises that my wife & daughters all go to & love. Even though they do gladly accept walk-ins, I highly recommend making an appointment otherwise you’re going to wait a while.

I called on the phone and asked about getting a haircut. The guy tells me to come in and I said okay I will be there in 3/4 minutes. I get there and say good morning, no one replies. I sit there for 10mins and no one helps me. So I ask all the barbers if I can get a haircut and they said they are all busy and I have to wait 2 hrs for a possible opening. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
