I went in for a men’s cut and this hairdresser sat me down And asked what I wanted. I told her that I wanted a low taper on the sides and an inch off. I was very disappointed with how she cut my hair too short, did not do a low taper at all, and cut off more than an inch. She ended up trimming the hair up to my hairline and only leaving the top part and making the back very patchy, which resulted in me looking like a mushroom. I also found it very weird that the only options to pay were cash and check, especially in this time and age where a lot of people use credit cards. Came out and was very disappointed in my haircut and felt like I had lost money for no reason. Please don’t promise to do the haircut that you cannot do, that would be considered scamming. Also, teach your hairstylist how to cut hair properly before letting them cut hair. This haircut was so bad that my girlfriend almost broke up with me.

Parking here is way easier than going downtown to Henni’s. Her prices are right between River Hair Care and Henni’s, so I’d say they are fair.Make an appointment if you go because she tends to be busy during the school year. I’m usually able to get in the same day if I call early.The ladies here have a great memory, as they remember me even though I go only every few months.The owner here knows what she is doing, and so does her sidekick. Needed a haircut for an interview, and was able to book a same day appointment, got exactly what I needed and it was less than 20 dollars iirc. Very quick too (compared to my usual old-world guy in Chicago), I highly recommend!

I showed her a photo of mine from last month where I cut my hair in another barbershop, and explained what I want. However, she made it really different. My hair does not even look symmetric. Definitely do not recommend this place. Barbers do not know how to cut hair and don’t even follow your request. I showed her a photo clearly and explained what i want. However, she made it totally different and ugly. Guys, if u wanna look good, please DO NOT go there!!!
