The one star is for Rick – he’s a grumpy old man who doesn’t know how to give a child’s hair cut. I waited 30 minutes just for him to scold me for trying to soothe my 2 year old (who was in tears) and to end the hair cut without even finishing. If he didn’t know how to handle a child during a haircut then just say so next time.
