This was my first time after being recommended by a friend. I Would like to start off by saying my Hair was cute however I booked for a 9:10 am appointment and arrived @9 am. This appointment was booked for the morning of my gender reveal. She came in 10 mins before 11 am. I had a little breakdown because I had pre paid appointments for my makeup and nails and I missed them due to time management issues on her end. Definitely would book again but at a later time not early in the morning if I have something important. Over all she was nice and the salon was cute.

Please be aware they will take you deposit and Reschedule your appointment.I broke my appointment almost a week and got two confirmations.And on Black Friday they rescheduled my appointment they said she had event.Why would you have a slot open if you had event.Now they are take long to give me my money back she said when she get chance did I say that when they took my money.Unprofessional,Bad customer service,Unreliable she did this to plenty peoples call my bank get my money back .
