I met Autumn at Ray’z on May 11th, 2021- the day before I proposed. My previous barber sort of disappeared and I needed to find someone fast. After over a year of planning the proposal, I couldn’t show up with bad hair! Autumn said she’d get me in, and she did such a great job, I’ve been in every two weeks ever since. I’m often asked where I get my hair and beard cut. I tell them who, and I make sure they know about Ray’z. She’s great, their management is great, and I’ll continue to be a client for the foreseeable future. I’ve never had anything but a positive experience at Ray’z Utica Ridge location, especially with Autumn, who is always positive and welcoming. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

Please if you are looking to get a good haircut don’t come to this place. Went in there to get a high fade haircut and the lady didn’t know what she was doing at all. left me with too much bulk on the sides and didn’t even bother to fade it down or probably didn’t know how to if she tried. Called back the next day and said i did not like the haircut at all. Told me the manager would call me but never did. They honestly could care less that angie messed up my hair. Manager also blew me off by not calling me after i left several messages. They don’t care at all.

Went online to book an appointment for my son. Pretty easy process. Just pick location, choice of stylist, desired haircut package, and time then click vook appointment. You can even pre-pay online or through the app and won’t be charged until after the appointment. You can cancel up to 2 hours before without being charged. Staff is friendly and listens to what you want. They engage with customer and make sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving. Reasonable pricing as well.

Amanda S. is great! I took a chance with this place and Amanda cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. (This isn’t normal for a first time cut with a new barber). The fade was clean and down to the skin as requested. Oh and the prices are very reasonable compared to other barber shops.
