If you prefer an authentic barbershop, this is it. Stuart shares his own special brand of wisdom, and delivers a consistent result every time. I’ve been going here for about 6 months now as a result of over priced shops in downtown. You cannot beat their prices, but most importantly you get personal treatment here. Stuart has been cutting my hair and it’s truly like the barber shop cut I got as a kid. Plus, there’s great conversation. I had a wonderful experience here. I was very anxious to get a haircut just days before my wedding, but I could not risk another great clips haircut. So I just walked into Ray’s Hair Shop and, despite being booked and me not having an appointment, they took me in anyway during a 20 minute break. Immediately the man doing my hair recognized the issues with my hair and knew how to fix them, which really put me at ease. The haircut was fantastic; my wife was really please with it as well. At the end, he insisted I not pay anything, I supposed as a wedding gift of sorts, despite me insisting he at least let me tip him with my card. I will 100% be back if I ever need a haircut while I’m in town again. Thank you so much if you’re reading this! You made my day!
