Westminster’s Barber….Ray is good, consistent, and reliable. His Father cut hair and naturally it’s in the blood. Ray is extremely interactive and quite humorous as well. Make an appointment, Ray gets busy. Expect a good haircut, at a reasonable rate, prompt service and leave with a smile.

I’m almost twenty-seven and I have been going to Ray since I was five or six. He’s a great Barber with amazing prices and I always try to tip him a bit extra because he deserves it for the great job he does. He’s always extremely friendly and tries to get to know his regulars on some level and will remember you even if you haven’t been there for years if you used to be a semi-regular. He’s the only one I trust not to screw up my hair.

This is a very small hole in the wall place. The owner does the haircuts. Ray is a very nice and funny guy. Prices are unbeatable. I’m have cut my hair here for 11 year’s.
