RUN! I purchased a groupon for a single process, cut & blow out. When making my appt they told me they do not honor the groupon because it doesn’t cover the services and they loose money. I needed a root touch up, my hair is dark brown. They charged me an additional $25 on top of the $59 groupon. After the next morning I noticed my roots had light patches in area and they didn’t match. I did not see it at the salon as my hair was parted differently. They asked to send a photo. At that point Peggy the owner became irrate, she was sending me messages accusing me of doing it to my own hair, and claimed my hair was 5 colors and severely over processed and that was why my hair is messed up. (my hair is neither)and blocked me when I asked what time I should come it to have it fixed. She later called me cheap for buying a groupon for the salon in the first place and told me I deserved this. I posted a review & picture on another forum and she attacked me threatening to have me arrested for leaving bad reviews. She is a complete nut job, I have over 75 messages that she has posted and deleted about me. She also deleted her bad reviews on facebook, and is having her family put good ones up. BEWARE! Again my hair is dark brown almost black and this is what my roots look like now!

They will tell you not to buy the Groupon…it’s so you can’t leave a bad review on the Groupon site. Nor can you leave a bad review on Yelp because they have it marked as closed. They charged me extra at the end because they had use more product for my Keratin treatment. Except they were set up when I arrived and the Keratin was already in a bowl. They didn’t use more. In fact, they didn’t use nearly enough. Bad, bad business practice. The treatment I got was completely useless, even after using the shampoo and conditioner they wanted me to use. I’m just as frizzy as I was before. I’ve has probably 12 Keratin treatments in the last 6 years. Never an issue before. Please think twice about going here.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this salon. My first visit they honored the groupon price. Chyna took the time to listen to my “complaints” about my hair and gave me what I was looking for while suggesting options that worked for me. The salon is professional, unpretentious and reasonably priced. I have already been back a few times and never disappointed.

I had partial highlights, wash , cut, and blow dry done by Peggy today. They honered the Groupon price, I did not need a toner. I am totally satisfied and happy with the results! The atmosphere is very nice but not ‘stuffy’ The staff is friendly. I will be going back.

I just got home from this salon and I am soooo disappointed. I learned about this place from groupon and THOUGHT that the prices were great so I called to make an appointment. I explained that I was going to buy the groupon and asked what actually came with it. The girl told me that they have a problem with groupon so they would just honor the price that was given. For partial highlights, conditioning treatment , cut and style it was supposed to be 42.70. Well that didn’t happen … As soon as I sat down I was told it would cost an additional 20 for the toner and 10 for the length of my hair . I explained that I didn’t have the extra money because I brought what was previously told of me . I decided to just get the treatment and haircut. All of a sudden attitudes started to change. When I walked in all of the employees were talking to me, complimenting me and it quickly changed when I couldn’t give more money. No one spoke to me and I overheard them saying how I need to be charged an extra 10 because of My length and that I should be lucky that they would honor the groupon . I was shocked that they would talk about me like that . After I was done Chyna charged me 42 for a haircut . My mother and aunt had appointments which they will no longer be going to. This place only cared about money not new clients. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this incident.

Horrid. Predetermined that I wanted some service I had no intention of purchadipu. Then has the audacity to tell me obviously I want going to cutuch of my hair. Then starts raising her voice to me about how someone else gave her a poor review. Then unsnaps my apron and tells me go gety money back from Groupon, when they already redeemed coupon. Horrid

I Won’t Go Anywhere But Raymond James Salon to get my hair done. It was so dry and unmanageable and Peggy made me look human again. Love everybody there! You really should check it out…professional..clean and I’ve never been disappointed!

I had a confirmed appointment today, however when I went there the salon was closed. Call the salon and got a message to call back. Finally got ahold of the owner and her response was the I should have received a telephone call. No sorry even though I had to drive over an hour to get there. They need to be more considerate to their customers
