DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! DAWN did this. My hair is growing back after I lost it all from chemo. This is my first haircut since. It says DAWN has been cutting hair 25+ years, but it looks terrible. It’s all choppy and crooked. It’s not even symmetrical.

Tori messed up my hair. i had long, healthy hair down to my hips and she fried off my hair. i had previous highlights before i came in and she over processed my hair. i got a partial highlight and the top of my head (hair) is about 3-4 inches after she was done. it was june of 2022 and morgan wallen was playing in the cities (she had tickets for it) and i was her last client so she was rushing she RIPPED OUT MY HAIR AND FRIED IT OFF. never go to her. she is nice but not worth the fried off hair. please. she is awful

Another masterpiece by Danielle! I absolutely love this place. They listen to you, and they do an excellent job of creating the look you want! And it’s always better than I imagined it would be. Update: I have also had a couple of the other stylists here work on me while my stylist was away, and they did an equally wonderful job!

I am very disappointed with raydience salons communication. Everyone here is very kind don’t get me wrong but prices should be clearly communicated. The website mentions a base fee of $80 for a full foil. I have thick hair that is just below my shoulders so I fully expected to pay the extra $20 listed on the website for thick/long hair. After my service, my total was $220. I was shocked to say the least. — I should add when I called to make my appointment they asked if I would like a haircut and I said no but mentioned I would like to get my hair thinned and asked if that would be an extra cost and the answer was no. I was charged for a full haircut and extra product additional to the $20 I had already paid for the extra. Very disappointed :/

I brought my wedding party to Raydiance Salon to have our hair done, and we all left feeling pampered and ready for the day! The hair stylists were knowledgeable and receptive to our ideas. The space was nice and they let us bring in coffee and bagels. I also had my makeup done at Raydiance, and I am very glad I did! Guests commented on how fresh I still looked towards the end of the reception. I would recommend this salon to anybody wanting to get their hair/makeup done for an event.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy 15 year old daughter is learning independence. We recently moved to the area, so she decided to call and make a hair appointment. She made it herself and went in by herself. She took with her $37, as the website claimed $25 for a haircut. She got about 4-5 inches cut off. When she went to pay, they told her it was $45!! She had to come out to me and ask for more money!! Needless to say, I was appalled and angry. It was a simple haircut. No fancy style, no color, just a simple cut. My 15 year old daughter is learning independence. We recently moved to the area, so she decided to call and make a hair appointment. She made it herself and went in by herself.
