I had the polygel extensions done and they did not even last for a week. Initially got the regular gel extensions and those fell off but Marlo redid it and still they did not stay.

Tried hard to make an appointment but all I heard from the lady who answered the phone was how hard it was for them to make appointments over the phone and that I had to do it online. I did what she said, it didn’t work. I called back to tell her. She said I could not make an appointment over the phone.
