I went to ray of light and I was really disappointed after I saw my new hair color. I went to this place to have a hair highlights and to remove confusions I showed the lady a picture of the color that i want. It was blonde highlights. Three hours later, and the color had nothing to do with the picture I showed her. I asked for blonde and I got dark brownish with white streaks. I was upset and couldn’t hide it. After that she told me that the color that i asked for requires multiple visits! Why didn’t you mention that at the beginning? On top of that they charge me higher price than the one told over the phone. I was really mad, and my big event was ruined. So my advise to you save your self a lot frustration and go somewhere else. As for the people who work at this place just be honest, open, and clear. Don’t make promises that you cannot keep.

Dani is the best! she is so gentle with your hair you barely feel her blow drying, cutting or dying your hair. She did a wonderful job dying my hair and correcting the color. Plus adding layers into my hair. Sandy is also amazing when she washes your hair you want to stay there forever letting her just wash your hair. it is so relaxing and calming. I had the best experience at Ray of light for wedding hair and make up. Nicola did my hair and make up for my wedding. My look lasted ALL day. At the 14 hour mark, everything was still intact. All the women at the salon were extremely professional and made sure that the whole bridal party looked great. Would recommend 100% for bridal looks.

Highly recommend! I can’t speak for all the stylists, although I’m sure they’re all great, but Nicola cuts my hair and she’s absolutely amazing! I have very long hair and in the past other stylists have chopped off 6+ inches for a “trim” as if they have a personal vendetta against my hair… Nicola actually trims my hair and it always looks amazing without losing my length. I’m no longer scared of the scissors and can finally get regular haircuts
