Throughout the massage the pressure was never discussed like it should have been in the beginning. and it also left her in tears and waking up with bruises down her spine. Then I called and asked to speak with a manager and there was no offer of a refund or a complimentary service or really anything but excuses and poor customer service. I have never been inside of a spa where perfessional spa services are at such a low quality and cost. I’ve been in the field 5 plus years and am a deep tissue therapist myself and NEVER once had anyone complain or have bruises next day . My boyfriend and I just had a couples massage and it was great! Cindy was very nice and accommodating. She was able to use a moderate amount of pressure which was a little too hard for me, I asked her to go a little lighter which she did and it was perfect! My boyfriend was also very pleased with CeCe!

Purchased the groupon for couples massage and facial. The experience was great, massage was excellent and the technicians were very nice. However they kept trying to upsell things to us throughout the duration of our services. They were especially pushy when it came to trying to sell us the 5 pack massage groupon for $250, and it seemed like they wanted us to make a decision on the spot. They also requested a tip after the services. They were very much deserving of a tip but it is in poor taste to ask for it no matter what the circumstances. Good experience but not sure we’ll be back.

I came to get a facial here.First off, the lady who took care of me kept making comments about my acne and started to complain about how long it would take to extract my whole face. She not only made me feel extremely self-conscious but did not extract my entire face because it would “take too long”. Second she kept leaving the room every 10 mins to attended another customer during my service for 10-20 minutes. After my facial, she then tried to pressured me to buy a few products in the store and to become a VIP member at the spa. Overall a very horrible experience and I would never ever come back.

I purchased 2 Groupon facials for my Mother and called to make an appt. They had availability to fit me in and as I mentioned to them I had the Groupon she automatically changed her tone and said on no we dont have availability for Groupons today. So I said ok, please give me your next availability and she proceeded to mumble and said next Sat and I said yes. She then proceeds to ask me for my voucher and I give it to her and she tells me that I will redeem this today and if you do not cancel your appt within 24hrs you will loose the voucher???? Where does this say that on the policy? She wouldn’t answer any of my questions and hung up the phone on me? This place might be good but I dont want to give business to shady people who do not respect their clients. If they didnt want people with groupon why are they selling those vouchers? Because they want the money and give you a hard time to make appt and make you cancel on them. Well Im not dumb- I called groupon and filed a complaint, and received my refund. Ill take my money somewhere were its appreciated.

Lovely experience. I’ve been going here for the last ten months for facials and can’t compliment Tina enough! She is so sweet and takes the time to explain the facial and products she is using. Salon is kept very clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
