I love this place! Its a nice location, the interior is stunning, and the techs are all amazing! I got in right away and honestly was treated like a VIP. My tech was Angie and she is incredible. I asked for blue with butterflies and this was exactly what I wanted and I got it! I have weak nails because I was a nail biter, and she used a special thing to make them stronger and not chip easily.

I asked for a standard manicure. The lady cut the skin around my nails back so much both sides of my thumb were bleeding. Then she painted my nails and I was done, there was no massage or lotion. I thought maybe there was a very basic manicure that was only nail cut & paint, but when I paid, I was charged for the full Classic, which was supposed to include full massage with warm lotion and towel. She did apologize for making me bleed, but then skipped half the services charged. Ironically, my husband loved the pedicure he got.

I’ve gone here 4 times and I’ve always hated how my nails ended up looking, most recently I went because the last time my nail broke off and the rest of my nails that had nail polish on was starting to crack so I got a new set and when I went I called before hand to make sure they weren’t busy and they told me to come in so I did and then I ended up waiting 50 minutes while they had 3 other woman come in after me and get seated and started. My current nails look terrible after only 1 week and the polish is cracked again.

Walked into the door, and it was very chaotic. Staff seemed very confused. Linda is rude and dismissive and does not listen. While talking to her about what I wanted, she completely ignored me and started talking to someone else. Was not happy with the service I picked because she said she had another client coming and didn’t have time. Worst experience ever!!!

Amazing nail salon with great vibes! Kelly did my gel manicure and got my art design PERFECT. She was so nice and helpful and did whatever I wanted for the design! Will definitely be going back!

Came in Memorial Day. Very few workers. Waited more than 1 hr. The worst is the person who did my nail she never clean my nails after she took off the old polish. I will never come back again, id rather go to the small salon that would give you enough cleaning and good service.
