Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a regular of Rachel’s for over several years now and I have to say I trust noone else to do a better, more consistent haircut (fade w/ hard part). In fact, I recently moved 40 minutes away and yet I still drive to Raven Salon because of her loyalty/customer service to me and my family. It’s super convenient that I can have my schedule reserved online and automatically place me in for every two weeks. There have been several occasions where Rachel has worked with me and my crazy schedule changes and even squeezed in relatives if I was in a pinch. Her salon is a private setting where you don’t have to sit around other people eavesdropping on your conversation. Aside from the many services that she currently offers she will be soon completing her massage therapy license with many more services to offer. I have been a regular of Rachel’s for over several years now and I have to say I trust noone else to do a better, more consistent haircut (fade w/ hard part). In fact, I recently moved 40 minutes away and yet I still drive to Raven Salon because of her loyalty/customer service to me and my family.
