Treated very badly and humiliated. Was told to leave because they thought there was lice…. but there was not…. had already been treated by the doctor with prescription lice treatment that kills lice and knits. Went back to doctor after going there and they said there is not any lice at all just a couple dead knits..

I feel like Brandi did ok with my hair but it was just never super satisfying and I got the feeling I was being tolerated for moneys sake. When I asked for a certain style she just tried to convince me it would not work even though I told her I had it done before and liked it that way. I never felt like she liked me at all because she never bothered to see if I was really satisfied and always seemed in a rush to get me checked out and would readily ignore me to talk to other people. I also really dislike their appointment system. In all.. Brandi is talented and nice but only did the bare minimum for me. Disappointing.

Her hair looks nothing like she asked for ! Not to mention this place is overpriced and my wife said probably would not have even spoken to her other than had to ask her what she wanted . After expressing dissatisfaction with the services all she received was a “hate it for ya” type response. They delete negative comments on their FB page and there is no place to leave a one star ⭐️ review so it’s very deceptive! Stay away from this place . Celine is very genuine and offers the friendliest experience which is very important to me because I can be very shy about my skin car needs/make up and hesitant to say something if I don’t like the finished product.
