Decent. Had mixed experience. Arrived as walk in near closing. Me and step daughter. Full set for her. Dip for me. We waited quite a while. They took someone ahead of us who arrived AFTER us-also walk in- so that was rude and annoying. However, they tried to make up for it after I complained. Step daughters nails were full set acrylic and turned out beautifully even though they upcharged for gel design. I had dip with design. Turned out pretty good. Tech was nice. In general they need to communicate better what is going on to the customers. Overall not perfect but a decent experience. Prices were reasonable and location is convenient, so i will go back and give this salon another try.

Made a 1:45 appt with Tina. Got there just after 1:40 and checked in. I said I had an appt with Tina at 1:45 and was not acknowledged. The woman who I assumed was Tina was at the front with another client. I sat down, assuming it would be about 10 min or so because I saw her get the color/gel dryer out. I sat for 30 min without anyone saying a word to me (the client was getting designs). When I finally asked how much longer it would take, they offered for someone else to take me and they said someone would be with me in just another minute. 10 minutes later and no one had come to me yet. When I got up to leave someone was finally coming over to start my nails. I know taking clients/waiting is a part of nail salons but 40 min is outrageous when I had a set appointment. Also to just be ignored for 40 minutes was wild to me.

This place is horrible! There was trash on the floor, so obviously they need to clean. My nails were not cured/dried properly after the so called gel manicure. The polish is not neat and the whole service was rushed. AVOID and spend your money elsewhere!!

I went to get a gel pedi and fill in. I went at 530 they didn’t notice me until 545. I went to the back where the ped bowls are and the bowl I was asked to sit in had water in it and it didn’t look clean. I didn’t say anything but my facial expression must have shown over my mask. Tina says is something wrong? I still didn’t say anything but watched her put a cover on the bowl. Then I hear her friends speaking in their language and she says if it’s something wrong you can leave. If I had a facial expression as a customer this is your response and then I sat there for like 30 minutes at this point and she was like we’re closed anyways but you weren’t closed the 30 minutes I sat in there but was closed because I made a face about a dirty bowl she wanted to put a cover on and think it would be okay for me that’s unsanitary and I’ll never visit here again if I could have left 0 I would have nasty nasty nasty
