First of all, Ratcha Lynn is an amazing and genuine person. She is very generous with her time and knowledge. We had a wonderful conversation on many things. I bought a pair of Birkenstocks from her that I had been looking at online for over a year! I just couldn’t buy them..not sure of size and appearance and no one to talk to! Well..she could tell about my size from looking at my foot in a shoe and we went from there. Her knowledge was invaluable, I got a different size than I was going to order and they feel incredible.
