I’ve been getting my eye brows threaded with Rashmi for years! I absolutely love how she does them. There is typically a long wait but it is worth it for her great skills!!! They allow you to write your name down and come back within a time window. Make sure you are back on time because if you’re late you’ll have to wait again.

I honestly didn’t want to do this, because I admire women-owned businesses but I got my eyebrows done a few days ago and I was heartbroken. It took me months to grow my eyebrows back out because of years of waxing. So the first time she did my brows she did great, no complaints. This last time I went, I just wanted a clean up and when I looked into the mirror my brows were thin as hell. I cried in the inside because there was nothing I could do about it. I just paid my money and left. Just be careful coming here, my eyebrows are my most important features and now they are almost gone.

Terrible customer service!!!! They do not go the extra mile for the client. If you are 3 minutes late they make you write your name again on the list and that’s a 1 1/2 wait sometimes. I have been a client for 8 years and it means nothing to them. Her husband is the one who works the front desk and he is AWFUL. He gets annoyed that you ask him to repeat himself because he talks so low. Glad she is wearing a mask now because in the past, saliva would fall on your face since she puts the string in her mouth.

Rashmi is the best! I’ve been going to her since I moved to Orlando in 2011! She is so talented and extremely personable! She remembers the small details you’ve talked about and leaves your eyebrows looking fabulous! Sometimes I haven’t had time to go to her so I’ve tried getting them threaded at closer locations to me, but it’s never the same! I’ve also gotten all of my friends and family hooked! It’s on a walk in basis so you can’t make an appointment, but Rashmi is the exceptional and she is worth the wait!! I wish her nothing but success! 🙂

I’ve been going to Rashmis for over 2 years already, she is very professional and does a good job threading my eyebrows. I don’t let nobody else to touch them. Downside: no appointments, it’s first come first serve and regularly the wait is between 1hr to 1 hr 30 mins.
