I am so extremely disappointed in this place. Moving from Tampa to lake wales, this was my only option. They do an okay job but it feels like it’s always hit or miss. I’ve gone and there was a sign on the door that said they would be back. I’ve been asked to please pay cash because they tax the tips, and today was the last time I went. I drove from Lake Wales to get my eyebrows done, arrived at 6:30pm when they close at 7:00 pm and she stated she could not see me. I was shocked and said I just need my eyebrows, I have cash, and I’ll tip well, she said she’ll see what she could do but that two other people waiting already left. This was appalling to me, especially since last time I was there she told me she was working at 711 to supplement income because she doesn’t have enough clients.

My mom told me to come here because according do her they do amazing eyebrows. I decided to give it a try but once I walked in the lady was talking on her own personal phone. The lady didn’t even bother to acknowledge me for awhile. Once she decided to acknowledge me she asked me if I had a mask (mind you she did not had one herself). I asked her if she had one for herself and she responded NO very rude. Then she went ahead saying that without a mask she would not take me but I was going for an eyebrow & lip waxing so with a mask on I don’t know how that was going to work? If you’re so worried about the virus you should also lived by example & have a mask on yourself and not forced others, while you don’t even have one yourself. I was so disappointed at this place because I spend a lot of money on different types of waxing and once I love a place I stay with the place. But this place is not worth my money ! This place looks very dirty it smells and the lady is a hypocrite and rude. So NO I do not recommend this place.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going here for years with my mother and sister. But the last couple times I have went the owner has been very unprofessional she would just push my hands away while I tried holding my eyebrows. She seems to always have an attitude For no reason. But the last couple times I have went the owner has been very unprofessional she would just push my hands away while I tried holding my eyebrows. She seems to always have an attitude For no reason. The second time I came there was a different lady and when I got up to see the finished look…. bruh… she completely murdered my eyebrows it was GRUESOME. I paid, left and was like never again. At this point I hadn’t come back for a while, despite me not listening to my friends who ALSO told me not to come here I decided to give them another shot so me and a friend came to get our eyebrows threaded however the lady refused to take me because I am a male. She was good and fast, I always get my eyebrows thread somewhere else and always have an amazing experience. Definitely is better than wax. For some reason with her I got an allergic reaction that lasted 2 days. I don’t know what it was, maybe the thread, I honestly don’t know. Other than that, she was kind, fast and professional.

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years, always had good service and been very pleased with results. The past two visits, the same person has done the threading and although I asked for neat shaping, she made my brows too thin. I voiced my displeasure. She said next time.. Left unhappy. Last week same woman, no other choice of technicians, specifically told her not thin…She not only made them every thin, she took too much on one side. Price increased this year to $11 The woman doesn’t listen. This will take months to grow out…You can imagine how fun that will be. I won’t be coming back.

I usually come here once every two months. It’s a different person each time, the threading process is super quick. It kind of hurts if you’re not used to it but it subsides quickly. My eyebrows are never too thin either when I come here. They look very natural and fuller when I get them threaded. Although the prices have gone up a little, it’s still worth the money if you don’t want to do it yourself.

Did a great job on my eyebrows, was my second time going. You could tell the lady had a lot of experience in doing them and know what shapes fit your face the best. I give it 3 stars because the customer service could have been better. She was kinda rude when I walked in. But her expertise is what keeps me going back.
