Rashell did an amazing job with my sew in today and I am so thankful for her! Long story short, I’m two days out from being a bridesmaid in a wedding and I purchased a hair color that I didn’t like once it was on my head because it didn’t compliment my complexion and it looked tacky. She was so patient with me as I had a meltdown and she reassured me she would take care of me. She helped me pick out a beautiful color to dye it and she transformed my hair. Rashelle turned my blonde hair a yellowish orange. I asked for some low lights because there was no dimension and apparently my hair picked up the ash and then turned an ash grey. The whole time she was rinsing my hair she just kept telling me it was messed up and she didn’t know why. She told me she’d have to call a friend for advice of how to try to fix it.

The reason I left before you could try to correct my hair is because you continued to state how you had NO idea how come my hair turned ash and orange and when I said I was nervous, you said “So am I”. You then told me you’d have to consult a friend about how to fix my hair. After that I don’t think anyone in their right mind would want you “trying” to fix your mistakes. At that point I needed someone who specializes in color correction-not someone who needed to call their friend for help and was telling me they were nervous.
