Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis was my second experience with this salon and this last visit reminded me why I didn’t come back.While I’m sure they are great with weaves, sew ins and perms. Natural hair is not their fortay. Wanted a silk press and got a greasy blow out. And to be charged by the length is ridiculous . Stylist was late for appointment and want to charge me based on my hair length. Pay me back for my time. And they only washed my hair once. While most professional stylist wash the hair at least twice if not 3x. Starting on a positive note, this salon is fairly clean but if you have nothing else on your calendar and all day to waste, then that is the place to go. They do not have any time management skills and are very unprofessional.
