Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI personally know an 87 year old woman who made an appt with Raquel. When she got there, someone else was in the chair. She was clearly done with that cut but just chatted with the client for 20 minutes beyond the 87 yr olds appt. Then a walk in came into the shop and she seated him in the chair and proceeded to cut his hair before this 87 yr old that had an appt. The 87 yr old got up and walked out. What the hell is wrong with people? I will never go there..the 87 yr old will never go back and we will tell everyone we know about how rude this person was to this elderly lady.
