Absolutely horrible customer service, I called ahead of time, since on their website they state that they close at 7:30pm, I called to be written down since I come from 45 mins away. I was going to make it to the salon at 6:20 and they said no, that they close at 6:30. Well then they agreed that since I was going to make it at 6:20 they could do the haircut… I arrived at 6:16 pm and they were closed ….. and it was a haircut for my son … doesn’t take much time at all …

They always cut my husband’s hair exactly how he likes it gets long grows back fast he don’t want to have to go back in a week he can’t so he needs it short he drives trucks so he’s gone 2 to 3 weeks out of month .

This place is absolutely amazing!! They are open later than most salons and actually take their time with customers. This was my first time here (been living here for a year and a half, and this is my go to salon). Super friendly and attentive to your needs!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Chino and Myleena always give my husband and son the best haircuts! All of the barber’s at Raquel’s appear to provide high quality cuts, but we have only ever used the two mentioned above. The wait is sometimes longer than an hour, but it is well worth it. Their pricing is very reasonable. They invest time perfecting each client’s haircut and pay attention to even the tiniest of details. My husband and son refuse to get haircuts anywhere else since we started going to Raquel’s!
